I want to return one or more products. How to do ?

What is the processing time for returns?

Upon receipt of your package, we will check and refund or create a credit note within an average of 5 days.
In the event of a refund request, it will be made by reverse transaction (via the payment method used during the initial order).
For a payment in several installments, the amount is deducted from the last direct debit.

What are your return conditions?

Our return policy allows you to return your products new (unused), with labels and in their original packaging, within 30 days. (Returns are paid and payable by the customer except in case of size problem or request to have)

In the event of a refund, the gifts offered with the products must also be returned.
Packages containing the product (s) to be returned must not be stapled (risk of damage to the product and the original packaging).

Delivery delay

Orders placed before 12 noon are generally processed the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery time generally observed is 24 to 48 hours for home delivery, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Is it possible to change my address?

Once validated, we generally cannot change the delivery address of an order.
However, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible, we will try to make the change as far as possible.

No change of address can be made once your order leaves our warehouse. You can place a new one with a different address and contact us to request the return of the original order.
